2024-2025 Tuition
Preschool
Preschool students may enroll in LBA's Half Day program (8:30am - 11:30am) or Full Day program (8:30am - 3:30pm) for two (T/Th), three (M/W/F), or five (M-F) days per week. Preschool tuition is charged on a monthly basis from the first day of school through the last day of school and may be paid yearly or monthly over 9 months (September through May).

Kindergarten - Grade 12
Kindergarten - Grade 12 tuition is charged on a daily basis from the first day of school through the last day of school and may be paid yearly or monthly over 12 months (July through June).

2024-2025 Fees
Application Fee
This one-time charge of $100 covers the costs associated with data collection, academic testing, and staff administration for prospective students and is paid online via credit card when a new student applies.
Registration Fee
This annual charge of $275 covers enrollment costs, textbooks and supplies, school-sponsored field trips, student technology, and some student incentives like t-shirts and snacks. This non-refundable fee is paid via check or account charge when a student enrolls and may be paid all at once or spread over the subsequent two months. Enrollments are not complete and seats are not awarded to students until this fee is paid.
Financial Aid
Sibling Credit
Families with multiple students enrolled at Liberty Bible Academy receive a 15% tuition credit for the second-oldest student and 30% tuition credit for all subsequent students.
Referral Credit
Referring families receive a 4% tuition credit for their oldest child for one year. The referred family must enroll a new student at LBA and confirm the referring family on their Online Application prior to acceptance.
Staff Credit
Staff members with children whose tuition is not otherwise provided for through a scholarship receive credit based on their employment contract up to 75% of tuition. Additionally, employees working at least 20 hours per week receive a 50% application and registration fee credit.
Grades K-12 EdChoice Scholarship
The Educational Choice Scholarship (EdChoice) Program provides a state scholarship to every student entering kindergarten through grade 12. The current scholarship range is $650 to $8,408 and is awarded based on grade level, household income level, and the school district of residence. Ohio Scholarship Donation Tax Credit
LBA receives additional scholarship funds donated by LBA families and friends to an organization called Every Child Every Family. Award amounts vary and are based on demonstrated financial needs. No application is necessary for this scholarship, it is awarded automatically as funds are available.
Note: If you or your family/friends live in Ohio and donate to this fund in honor of Liberty Bible Academy, LBA will receive the donated money for student tuition and the State of Ohio will provide a 100% tax credit for the donor, up to $1,500 per family. It’s a win-win!

Other Programs
Beforecare and Aftercare
Enrollment in Beforecare and Aftercare is purely voluntary and can be used as needed. This program is only available to students enrolled at LBA. Students may be dropped off as early as 7:30 am and picked up as late as 5:30 pm for a fee of $5.00/hour per student, pro-rated in 15-minute increments. Preschool students who are dropped off before 8:15 am and students picked up after 3:15 pm (Grades K-12) or after 3:45 pm (Preschool) will automatically be signed into the program, and fees will be assessed to their school account accordingly.
International Students
International students pay tuition plus a $500 processing fee. If, due to an English language learning need, a student begins performing poorly in class or on standardized assessments, an additional requirement may be made for the student to receive tutoring outside the school setting, which would likely come at an additional cost.
Dual Credit and College Credit Plus
High school students may take a variety of dual credit courses, which allow qualifying high school students to earn college and high school credits at the same time. Instruction may occur at the LBA campus via online university coursework or off-campus with a local university. Families may apply for state funding or choose the Parent-Pay Option.

Automatic Tuition Payment

Annual Tuition Payment
An annual payment option may be selected. In this case the annual tuition amount is payable in full directly to Liberty Bible Academy on or before July 1 each year.
Monthly Tuition Installments
An interest-free monthly installment option may be selected. For grades K-12, twelve (12) equal monthly installments, payable to LBA, are due each year July through June. For preschool, nine (9) equal monthly installments, payable to LBA, are due each year September through May.
Tuition Refund Policy
In the event that a student is not in attendance for the entire school year, preschool tuition will be prorated to the nearest month, and grades K-12 tuition will be prorated based on the date the student enters and/or is withdrawn from school. For students being entered late, the first monthly installment or the annual payment will be due upon registration. For students being withdrawn early, any balance owed the school will be payable on the date of withdrawal and any credit owed the parents will be refunded.
