If you'd like to see if Liberty Bible Academy is a good fit for your family, we encourage you to come and visit our campus, meet our staff, and see our students and teachers in action. There's only so much that we can show through our website, and we'd love to meet you!
To arrange a private tour, please contact our office at (513) 754-1234 or admissions@libertybibleacademy.org. Prospective students can even come to shadow a current LBA student for a day to experience Liberty Bible Academy for themselves!
Educational Needs
Prior to receiving your application, our team would like to make sure we are able to meet your child's needs, including giftedness, learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism, SPD, or emotional/behavioral needs. If your child potentially has educational needs, click here to fill out the Special Education Preapplication prior to filling out and paying for the application. This form will allow you to upload pertinent documentation, including a copy of a report card, achievement testing, ETR, IEP, 504, or private diagnostics.
Apply to LBA
LBA accepts applications year-round on a rolling basis. If you have submitted an application to LBA in a previous year, please call the school office at 513-754-1234 instead of submitting another application.
When you're ready to apply, just click here to begin Liberty Bible Academy's online application. After your application is completed and submitted, LBA's Admissions Director will review the information and arrange for the following next steps, if applicable:

Entrance Assessment

Parent Interview

Student Interview (Grades 7-12)

Financial Aid Application (if requested)
When these steps are finished, the application process is considered complete and you are considered eligible for the next step, Enrollment.
Please note: If your student was previously enrolled at LBA and would like to return, you do not need to fill out an application again. To be considered for reenrollment, please contact the LBA office at (513) 754-1234 or admissions@libertybibleacademy.org.
Enrollment/Reenrollment
2024-2025 Reenrollment for current students began on February 1, 2024. Current families received reenrollment instructions and packets on that date.
2024-25 Enrollment for new LBA applicants will begin on February 15, 2024. Once the application process is complete (see the previous section), LBA will email eligible families with enrollment instructions.
Spots are not guaranteed for new or current students until the Enrollment Packet is complete and the Registration Fee is paid.
Waiting Lists
When a grade reaches capacity, the next completed enrollment will get the first spot on that grade's waiting list. Depending on demand, space, and staffing, LBA may increase a class by 2-6 spots, and once 7 students are on the waiting list LBA will consider adding another class to that grade.
