Grades 5 - 8

​

Middle school is a time of transition as students leave the elementary grades and prepare to enter high school. Academic skills already acquired are reinforced and built upon in these very important years. We understand the unique needs of the middle school student. We put special emphasis on three significant areas of development: organizational skills, time management skills, and study skills. Personal attention for each individual child and frequent communication with parents are key elements of our success.

Program Features

Bible, literature, grammar, spelling, writing, arithmetic, science, health, history, and geography. Art, music, Spanish, physical education, and computer/technology are also offered at all levels.

Bible classes prepare our students to apply scripture to their lives, to discern right from wrong, to defend their faith, and to serve Christ with their whole hearts and minds. Science is taught from a creation viewpoint. A variety of field trips complement our instruction.

A fine arts program is a vital part of the school and is composed of art and music, including drama, vocal, theory, and instrumental instruction.
